An east coast grocery store had to recall taco dinner kits because they accidentally mixed up the taco seasoning packets with hot cocoa…which got The Morning Scramble thinking what would THAT taste like?

We asked, “Where should Jaidyn and Producer Ben investigate next?” And the resounding answer was Edinburgh Manor in Jones County. This notoriously haunted site is open for tours in the month of October and Jaidyn and Ben were able to snag a spot during the day.

MY DING-A-LING BROTHER
The Z102.9 Marching Band was joined by a couple of special guests: Eric’s brother, Nicholas, and Allison Chenoweth McGurn on handbells…perhaps a first in any marching band show. Certainly a first for any radio station marching band in the history of radio station marching bands!
THE HEART OF DARKNESS
Clare and Eric sent Jaidyn and Producer Ben to investigate The Heart of Darkness in Waterloo this weekend. It’s a haunted attraction, but even when it’s not spooky season, strange things happen: things move on their own, sinister energies, and an apparition called “the white lady” have been spotted. Jaidyn and Ben shared their findings.
