According to Eric’s theory, if you place the toppings for a taco or a hot dog on the bottom, the meat acts as a weight and holds everything in place.
It works wonderfully well on hot dogs! The only word of caution is don’t go too heavy on the condiments. Keep your proportions right.
Tacos stay together better AND the heat of the meat melts the cheese!
Next test: buttering corn on the cob with a piece of bread. The Scramblers have all lived in Iowa all their lives and have never heard of this method of butter application.
It WORKS! Eric, Clare, and Destiny all had perfectly buttered corn. Bonus: you also get a perfectly buttered slice of bread.
