Clare’s Great Aunt Kay made “Baryks” which are Kraut Burgers. It’s hamburger and cooked cabbage inside bread dough. When dipped in ketchup, they’re pretty good. Perfect tailgate food!
Clare’s found this recipe card, hand written, by her Grandma. It’s a crockpot beef roast, made with clear soda. Strange combination, but an ok roast. Quick and easy for sure!
Eric’s wife Shannon was given the recipe for “Bridge Cake” from her grandmother’s 101 year old friend. It’s essentially “Better Than Sex Cake,” but it is dang good.
