Eric enjoyed Achiote Pork Ribs, Agave Corn Grits, Cured Chorizo, Pickled Endive, Cotija Cheese, Cilantro, Lime at Lacayo. It’s their restaurant week special and soooo good. Now he’s totally ready for his trip to Mexico!
