Eric and his wife, Shannon, tried champagne and ice cream on a cruise ship and swear it’s a flavor match made in heaven.
The champagne is extra frothy and delicious with the sweet ice cream. He calls it “Champagne Super Nova.”
They also tried champagne on raspberry sorbet and WOOO! That is really good. 👍
On the 4th of July, Clare and Eric sent Producer Ben out foraging on Mays Island to create a ‘Mays Island Iced Tea.’
He created a drink with great flavor, but questionable texture. It was thick and chunky.
Eric perfected the original cocktail by mixing: 3 oz Malibu Rum; 1 oz Vodka; 3 oz of Arizona Fruit Punch; Sprite. Shake, serve over ice and enjoy 😎
