Dubai Chocolate is creamy milk chocolate wrapped around a pistachio cream center with crunchy knafeh–which is like crispy phyllo dough sprinkles.
Clare and Eric tried some of our fine American chocolate–just for comparison.
That’s a solid bar of chocolate!
It’s a beautiful bar of chocolate on the outside.
But the “green” pistachio filling didn’t quite look as advertised on the packaging.
It was much more of a “baby diaper” color than “pistachio” green.
