Chips are a great addition to any 4th of July Cookout, but should you grab a bag of BLT or Cuban Sandwich Lay’s Potato Chips? Or Mexican Street Corn flavored Cheetos?
The Cuban Sandwich chips just taste like pickle. So if you like pickle, they’re for you. The Mexican Street Corn Cheetos are not to spicy, but also lack that classic cheesy quality. Solid meh. The BLT chips were a disappointment. Big on tomato flavor, but we wanted more bacon!
On to dessert! Cotton Candy Oreos are great. Cotton Candy is already a fake flavor, so it lends itself perfectly to Oreos.
Clare found the perfect patriotic snack: Cap’n Crunch Red, White, and Blue Cereal Treats. It’s like a rice crispy bar with crunch berries. The flavor is good, it’s not quite as crunchy as the crunch berries in your cereal. But the portability make it a win.
